Simulation

Design & CFD

Every component begins in simulation. Computational fluid dynamics validates downforce, drag and pressure distribution before a single fiber is laid.

Material

Material Selection

Pre-preg 2K twill weave carbon, selected for layup orientation, fiber volume fraction and cure characteristics specific to each part geometry.

Layup

Hand Layup & Autoclave

Carbon cloth is hand-laid into precision molds, vacuum-bagged and autoclave-cured at elevated temperature and pressure for full consolidation.

Finish

CNC Trim & Finish

Parts are CNC-trimmed to exact tolerances, sanded and sealed with UV-stable clear coat. Final fit check to under a millimetre.
